报告题目:The research progress of Printed and Flexible OLED

讲师简介:

宁洪龙研究员1993年和1999年分别学士和硕士毕业于中南工业大学,2004年博士毕业于清华大学,长期致力于有源信息新型显示薄膜晶体管阵列材料和结构研究。原为韩国三星显示公司首席科学家,并担任韩国三星显示知识产权专利审查专家组委员,韩国三星6σ体系绿带认证导师;2013年回国加入华南理工大学发光材料与器件国家重点实验室,主要从事AOS材料与新型显示器件研究。曾作为项目负责人多次主持韩国三星公司的尖端研发项目,制备出多种基于新材料和新结构的高性能信息显示器件,并在实际生产中得到广泛应用。主要研究领域集中于新显示材料开发、TFT单元和阵列结构设计、柔性显示显示器件制备、印刷显示器件制备和信息显示器件性能优化;获得2018年广东省科技发明一等奖。主持多项国家级与省部级项目,包括科技部国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金项目和广东省重大科研计划等。在Light Sci. Appl.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Nano Energy、Mater. Horiz.、J Phys Chem Lett、 ACS Appl. Mat. Interfaces、J. Mater. Chem. C和Appl. Phys. Lett.等已发表研究论文200多篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表100多篇;已申请国内外发明专利200多件,其中授权发明专利50多件;担任ACS Appl. Mat. Interfaces、J. Mater. Chem. C、Ceram Int.、IEEE Electr Device L、IEEE T Electron Dev、Soc. Inf. Display、EJAM、材料导报、光学学报、发光学报和液晶与显示等期刊审稿人;目前为2017年科技部重点领域创新团队“有机高分子显示和照明材料与器件创新团队”的核心成员、广州市科创委专家、广东省科技专家、广东省突发事件应急管理专家、江苏省科技咨询专家、江西省科技奖励评审专家、四川省科技奖励评审专家、河北省科技奖励评审专家、国际信息显示协会北京分会专业技术委员会委员、中国物理协会液晶分会委员和教育部学位中心论文评阅专家。

张建华,博士,上海大学新型显示技术及应用集成教育部重点实验室主任、教授,博士生导师。获国家杰青,国家万人计划,科技部中青年创新领军人才,上海领军等人才计划。主持国家重点研发项目(首席),上海市重大项目等支持。担任国际信息显示学会(SID)北京分会东区执委会主席,OLED技术委员会主席等行业岗位。在电子信息器件和新型显示的科学研究与技术创新中获得多项成果,领衔获上海市技术发明一等奖,上海市科技进步一等奖,产学研协同创新推进新一代OLED显示和产业链发展。

报告题目:OLEDs and TFTs fabricated on PET Fibers

讲师简介:

Kyung Cheol Choi received the Ph.D. degree from Seoul National University in 1993. He is currently a Professor with the school of electrical engineering, KAIST, Daejeon, Republic of Korea. Prof.Choi has been a director of LG Display-KAIS cooperation center since 2010 and had been a director of Center for Advanced Flexible Display Convergence supported by Korean government. He served as an Executive Chair of IMID (International Meeting on Information Display) in 2013 and Program Chair of IMID (International Meeting on Information Display) in 2012, respectively. He has been an editor of IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices since 2014.   He received Merck Award in 2018 to recognize outstanding researchers who made valuable advancements in the display industry. His major research area are wearable displays and their application for bio/medical devices.

报告题目: Foldable AMOLED Display Reshaping the Mobile Industry

讲师简介:

Dr. Jianping Chen has been a technical fellow since joining Visionox Technology Inc. in 2016, responsible for the development of novel flexible AMOLED display and external technology partnerships. Prior to that, he held a number of technical and management positions in Silicon Valley’s start-ups and international corporations in his 18-year working tenure in US, leading a wide variety of R&D projects across the whole spectrum of optoelectronics, OLED display, and flexible printed electronics, and contributing to a number of new products launch.

Dr. Chen received his BSc. Degree in chemistry from Zhejiang University, China, and his Ph.D. degree in polymer chemistry from Carleton University, Canada. He has co-authored over 10 papers in peer reviewed journals, and has been awarded 20 US patents, 20 Chinese patents, and 70+ pending patents. He is a technical committee member in the Touch and Interactive Displays, a sub-division of SID-Beijing Chapter.   He is a recipient of four “Talent” programs.

报告题目:High-efficiency blue light OLED

讲师简介:

肖立新,日本东京大学博士毕业,现为北京大学物理学院教授,博士生导师。中国光学学会、中国化学学会、SPIE学会会员、及英国皇家化学学会会士,中国材料学会太阳能分会秘书长、SID北京分会北区执委会学术副主席。长期从事光电功能材料及器件方面的研究,如有机发光材料及其器件,光伏材料及其器件物理等。主持过多次国家自然科学基金,承担973项目子课题。已发表论文140余篇及申请专利共30余件,SCI他引3500余次,其中ESI前1%高被引论文5篇。编著《钙钛矿太阳能电池》,译著《有机电致发光-从材料到器件》,参与编著《锂离子电池》。2015年度教育部自然科学一等奖(第一完成人,高效有机蓝光材料及其介观结构发光器件研究)。

报告题目:Human friendly lightsources for displays and lighting

讲师简介:

Prof. Jou’s research interest includes high-efficiency and natural-light like organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), polymer, thin film stress, and expert system applications. He had been granted/filed more than 75 OLED-related patents (US, ROC, Japan, Korea and Canada), and published 155 OLED-related journal papers with an average Impact Factor of 4.5 and over 50 conference proceeding papers. He also published 46 papers on solvent diffusion in polyimide films, thin-film stress and polymer modification techniques. He has written 3 textbooks and 16 book chapters and magazines articles.
