近年来国内显示面板企业通过大力投资建设TFT-LCD面板产线，新型显示产业快速崛起，全球显示产业正加速向我国转移，新型显示已经成为我国后续发展的优势产业，产业投入近9000亿元，产值以每年两位数增长，成为全球显示第一大国，中国已经成为全球新型显示产业增长的重要引擎。新冠肺炎在全球的蔓延，对全球经济造成重大冲击，显示产业上下游产业链也受到不同程度的影响，中国显示产业正面临整合、技术升级、开拓应用的关键时刻。技术创新、产学界的技术交流凸显重要。 In recent years, display panel manufacturers in China have invested heavily in the construction of TFT-LCD and AMOLED panel production lines, and the scale of Chinese display manufacturing has risen rapidly. Display industry has become one of the most important manufacturing in China. The revenue increases at double digits every year with nearly 900 billion RMB has been put into the investment. China has become the largest capacity and production of panel manufacturing in the world, an important driving engine forthe growth of global display industry. However, the global spread of COVID-19 has had a major impact on global economy. The whole value chain of the display industry is also affected to varying degrees. Display industry is facing acritical moment of integration, technology upgrading and developing new application and new market. Thus, it is vital to explore technological innovation and conduct technological exchanges among industrial and academic community. 国际信息显示学会（Society for Information Display, SID）是由显示行业顶尖科学家、工程师、企业研发和高级管理人员组成的全球型专业学术组织。SID已有58年历史，代表2千多亿美元显示产业里最具领导地位、最权威、唯一的专业学术和技术组织。SID 的宗旨在于促进信息显示科技和产业的发展。作为SID最大分会之一的SID北京分会，拥有覆盖所有显示技术领域184名专家组成的技术委员会，会员超过900人。 Society for Information Display (SID) is comprised of the top scientists, engineers, corporate researchers, and business people of the display industry, valued at over US$200 billion annually. SID was formed in 1962 to promote the development of information display technology and industry, and that work continues today. SID Beijing Chapter, one of the largest chapters within SID, has 18 technical committees, 184 experts and more than 900 individual members.
随着中国疫情缓解，显示产业已复工复产，在当今特殊时期SID 北京分会希望通过举办“SID China春季线上技术研讨会”为显示产业界和学术界提供展示最新技术成果和促进技术交流的平台。初步计划从5月至6月，采用网络线上直播的方式，分技术领域举办系列研讨会，涵盖显示的17个技术领域：有源矩阵器件、应用视觉、增强现实及虚拟现实、显示应用、显示电子、显示测量、显示制造、显示系统、主动发光显示、电子纸及柔性显示、液晶显示、照明、有机发光二极管显示、印刷显示、投影显示、触控与交互显示、车载显示。 As China is recovering from the outbreak, display industry has been resuming production. In this special period, SID Beijing Chapter is organizing SID China Spring On-line Technical Meeting to provide a platform for display professionals for sharing the latest technical achievements or exchanging new ideas.
